Right of Withdrawal Pursuant to current legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, without stating any reason, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer (or a third party designated by the Customer) acquires physical possession of the goods.
Return Procedure To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to complete the request form on this page by entering the Order Number and the email address used for the purchase.
Refunds Following receipt of the goods and the verification of compliance by our quality department, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days. The refund will be carried out using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
